Acceptance

By downloading, installing, opening, or using DomainScope, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Authorized use

You may use DomainScope only on domains, websites, and systems that you own or that you have explicit permission to inspect. You must stop scanning immediately if authorization is withdrawn or if your activity causes unexpected impact.

User obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and policies, respect rate limits and acceptable-use rules, safeguard reports and exports, and avoid any activity that could harm systems, services, users, or third parties.

Third-party tools

DomainScope may interact with local tools installed on your device. Those tools are provided by their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses, documentation, and restrictions.

No warranties

DomainScope is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, guarantees, or promises of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

You must stop using DomainScope if you use it in violation of these terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
